As a Strategic Buyer at PESA, I was responsible for the complete long-term purchase process of strategic materials (mainly iron- & steel-casted parts, bearings, rubber-metal bogie elements, pantographs and other components). Starting from conducting a bidding and participating in supplier selection for new projects (as part of a project team), negotiating commercial terms and conditions, through singing a contract and arranging delivery schedule, to sending a purchase order and handling day-to-day cooperation with suppliers in scope of orders, deliveries, invoicing etc. I have managed the annual budget of over €40m. I have initiated cooperation with several new suppliers, providing significant savings for the company.

I was also coordinating logistical part of the project of manufacturing 7 DMUs for Lithuanian Railways, in scope of meeting the purchasing budget goal, obtaining technical documentation and purchasing materials on time.  I also represented PESA Bydgoszcz at international railway industry fairs in Gdańsk and Berlin.

Responsible for products availability and stock turnover indicators at partner pharmacies:
• supplying a group of drugstores with 3000 products,
• handling everyday orders,
• initial & periodic stock level optimisation for cooperating customers,

• managing the inventory of 2000 SKU (Rx/OTC drugs and cosmetics) worth 12 mln PLN,
• assuring products availability at 5 distribution centres,
• day-to-day cooperation with 30 suppliers,
• monitoring suppliers’ level of service; preparing monthly score ratings,
